How can I purchase Tickets
You can pre-purchase tickets online on our web site. It depends on how early you purchase your tickets as to the cost which rises as we get nearer to the event. You can also purchase tickets at the Box Office on site which is open from 09:30 on show days.
I cannot find my QR Code
You can login to our online portal and view your booking from there you can request a confimration to be re-emailed or you can download your tickets directly from the site.
When arriving at the venue please ensure that your screen brightness is set to Maximum to enable effective scanning of your ticket.
I did not receive my booking confimration email
Firstly, check your junk/spam folder as sometimes emails can end up in this area.
You can also log in to our online portal using the email address and apssword you provided when your booking was made. You can see your current, past and future bookings in this area from where you can either requset your confirmation email again via email or you can download and print your tickets.
Remember when arriving on site if using your mobile phone to show your tickets to have the brightness turned up fully to enable effective scanning of your ticket.
I cannot log into the system I have forgotten my password
You can request a password reset by clicking the password reset request on our login page.
Please allow time for the email to come through which can take up to 15 minutes in busy times.
Do you have provisions ofr people with accessibility requirements ?
Yes we do. When you enter the showground, please ensure that your blue badge is displayed prominantly in your car window and indicate to it if necesary when you approach our parking attendancts, they will then direct you to the appropriate parking area.
We also offer mobility scooters at most of our events please see the accessibility page on the appropriate website page for more details.
In addition to this we also have a dedicate viewing are at some of our arenas for those in wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Note that this is on a first come first served basis and can become full at times.
