I acknowledge that participation in this battle reenactment event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of replica firearms, blank-firing weapons, pyrotechnics, and physical activity. I accept these risks and confirm that I participate entirely at my own risk.

I further confirm that I am covered either by my own, or my group’s, valid and appropriate Third Party and Public Liability Insurance for the duration of this event.
