Media Accreditation
We are always pleased to welcome members of the media, photographers, filmmakers and content creators to our events, Military Odyssey and History in Action.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to capture the atmosphere, people, displays and activities that make our events special, and to share them with your audiences.
Media accreditation allows approved applicants to attend the event for the purpose of producing editorial, photographic or video content. Applications are considered individually, and we may ask for some information about your publication, organisation, website, social media channels or the type of coverage you are planning.
Please note that the number of media passes available may be limited and will vary depending on the event. We therefore recommend applying for accreditation in good time. Applying for accreditation does not guarantee that a pass will be available or that an application will be approved.
What accreditation does not guarantee
Being accredited does not mean that you will automatically have access to every part of the event. Some areas may be restricted for safety, security, operational or privacy reasons. Access to certain displays, activities, vehicles, guests, speakers or participants may also depend on availability or prior agreement.
Accreditation does not guarantee interviews, exclusive access, particular photography positions or unrestricted filming. Our event teams may occasionally need to ask media to move, change position or stop filming in a particular area to allow the event to run safely and smoothly.
Sharing your photographs and footage with us.
We love seeing the photographs and footage created at our events and ask accredited media to provide us with copies of, or access to, suitable material captured at our events.
With your permission, we may use this content for future event publicity, including our websites, social media, promotional materials, press, marketing and advertising. Where practical, we will credit the photographer or videographer.
Working with us
We ask all accredited media to follow the instructions of our event staff and to respect our visitors, exhibitors, reenactors, performers and other participants.
Our aim is to give you the opportunity to capture great content while ensuring that everyone attending can enjoy the event safely.

Application Process
If you would like to apply for media accreditation, simply complete the form below with your details and information about your planned coverage. Each application will be reviewed individually, and we will contact you with confirmation if your accreditation is approved. Please note that media passes are limited and availability may vary depending on the event.
