We’re here to help and provide you with the information and support you need. Before contacting us, please take a moment to review the help information and guidance provided in this section. You may find that your question or issue has already been addressed, allowing you to find the information you need quickly and easily.

 

If you are unable to find a suitable answer or require further assistance, please complete the contact form. To help us deal with your enquiry efficiently, please provide as much accurate and relevant information as possible, including a valid telephone number where you can be reached.

 

Providing complete and accurate details will help us understand your enquiry and ensure that we can respond appropriately. Please check that your contact information is correct before submitting the form.

 

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. However, during particularly busy periods, it may take a little longer for us to reply. We appreciate your patience and will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.

You can pre-purchase tickets online on our web site. It depends on how early you purchase your tickets as to the cost which rises as we get nearer to the event.

You can also purchase tickets at the Box Office on site which is open from 09:30 on show days.

Your QR code is displayed in your booking confirmation.

You can also login to our online portal HERE and you will see your current and past bookings from where you can print or email a copy of your confirmation.

Also on our portal it is possible to download a PDF of your tickets from the Ticket Info screen within your booking.

If you still cannot find your QR code, please contact us via our online form and we will arrange for a copy to be emailed to you.

Firstly, check your spam mail.

If you miss-typed your email address when making your booking, you will need to login with the miss-typed email address from where you can change the email address in your profile section.

If you do not find it here you an log on to our online portal HERE using your email address and password you provided when you made the booking, you will see all your current and past bookings from where you can download & print a copy of your tickets or resend your confirmation email.

If you still cannot find your QR code, please contact us via our online form and we will arrange for a copy to be emailed to you.

We Do!

Being signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant, and a lot of the Show staff are ex armed forces, we are pleased to support & offer discounted tickets to both serving members of UK forces and also to UK Vetearns on production of either a valid MOD90 or a UK Vetearns ID Card.

Infant Tickets are for Children under the age of 5
Child Tickets are for Children aged between 5 & 15
Adult Tickets are for those aged between 16 & 65
Senior Tickets are for those aged over 65
Note: Senior, Veteran & Military tickets will require proof at the entry point to the showground.

We introduced a new system in 2023 and all accounts before that date were on the old system. When you make a booking a new account is created. So simply make your booking as before and a new account will be created but all bookings for previous shows are no longer available.

No, you can give the QR code to each member of your group and we can scan them in as they arrive or you can print out individual tickets and give to each member of your group.

Yes. we allow camper vans to have awnings.

If you're staying in the public camping area with a camper van or motorhome, you can put up an awning alongside your vehicle, provided it fits within your allocated camping pitch and complies with any space or safety requirements.

The event's terms also explicitly refer to caravans and awnings as part of pitch space planning, indicating that awnings are permitted when adequate space has been booked.

We publish our timetable approximatly one month prior to the event (but it can be as late as 2 weeks before).

Once published you can view the timetable on our App, online, show program available from the main entrance, HQ, Merch stand and shop & also displayed around the showground at various places.

The most up-to-date information can be found on our app as this is updated during the event or via our onsite radio

Yes, there are lots of different food outlets serving a wide range of good quality food.

We have a wide range of catering vendors on site where you can purchase some wonderful different types of food and drink during the day and also we have a number of fully licensed bars around the site. However you can of course bring your own food and drink.

Visit our Show HQ all lost property is returned here. If your item has been returned we will ask for information to satisfy us that the item is yours. Otherwise we will take details and should the item be handed in we will contact you to arrange collection.

The show closes to all Public Ticket holders at 18:00 the Car park is closed at approximatly 19:00 and not opened until 07:00 the following morning.  Any vehicles left in the public car park overnight may be removed.

We have limited parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.

When you arrive at the showground, please have your disabled badge on display and one of the parking attendants and they will direct you to the Blue Badge Parking area.

We also provide a dedicated viewing area at the Battlefield for those in wheelchairs and mobility scooters which can also be hired on site. Please see our Accessibility Page for more details
