Get ready for roaring engines, explosions and the sound of battle! At History in Action, you’ll see history brought to life through spectacular battles, historic vehicles and live demonstrations.

Travel through different periods of history, from the Wild West and the battlefields of World War II to modern-day military operations. Each display is brought to life with authentic uniforms, vehicles, live action and plenty of atmosphere.

Our historic vehicles are a big part of the experience, with tanks, armoured vehicles, military trucks, cars and other iconic machines taking to the field. See them in action, hear the engines roar and get a real sense of what these incredible vehicles were built to do.

The action starts at 10:00am and continues throughout the day until around 5:00pm, with a mixture of battle reenactments, vehicle displays, driving demonstrations and interactive activities.

Whether you love history, military vehicles or simply want a great day out, History in Action has something for everyone. Expect plenty of action, plenty of noise and a day you won’t forget!
