- THE LICENCE
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.
For an Apple device, the licence is limited to use of the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control and otherwise in accordance with Apple’s applicable usage rules.
You may not transfer, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the App available to another person except where expressly permitted by the applicable platform’s rules.
- OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and all intellectual property rights in or relating to it, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, photographs, audio, video, databases, layouts and other materials, belong to Military World, its licensors or other relevant rights holders.
Except where expressly permitted by law or this EULA, you must not:

- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this;
- attempt to derive source code from the App;
- create derivative works based on the App;
- remove copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
- commercially exploit the App or its content without our written permission; or
- use our trademarks, branding or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Nothing in this EULA prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be excluded.
- PERMITTED USE
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the App:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the App or our systems;
- to introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code;
- to attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- to impersonate another person or organisation;
- to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
- to facilitate violence, terrorism or other criminal activity;
- to facilitate the unlawful purchase, sale, manufacture or use of firearms, ammunition, explosives or other prohibited weapons;
- to obtain or distribute instructions for the unlawful manufacture or modification of weapons; or
- in any manner that could cause us or a platform provider to breach applicable law or platform rules.
- HISTORICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT
Some Apps may contain historical, educational or informational material concerning military history, armed forces, conflicts, vehicles, equipment, weapons, uniforms or related subjects.
Such material is provided for historical, educational, informational or entertainment purposes.
Historical information is provided in good faith but may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Information may also become outdated or change over time.
You should not rely solely on information provided through an App where safety, travel, medical, legal or other important decisions are involved.
Historical references to weapons, military equipment or conflicts do not constitute an invitation, recommendation or instruction to acquire, manufacture, modify or unlawfully use weapons.
- EVENTS AND VENUE INFORMATION
Where an App provides information concerning an event, venue or physical activity, including timetables, maps, displays, demonstrations, attractions or facilities:
- information may change without notice;
- event admission, tickets and other purchases may be subject to separate terms;
- attendance at an event is subject to the applicable event site rules and regulations;
- safety instructions given by event staff, security personnel or emergency services must be followed;
- the App does not override any instruction, restriction or requirement imposed at the relevant venue; and
- where an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, your rights will be governed by the applicable event or ticket terms and applicable consumer law.
The App is not a substitute for reading applicable event or venue rules.
- MAPS, DIRECTIONS AND LOCATION INFORMATION
Where an App provides maps, directions, venue information or location-related functionality, such information is provided for convenience.
Maps and directions may be inaccurate, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Conditions on the ground may differ from information displayed in the App.
You remain responsible for complying with road signs, traffic laws, venue restrictions, safety instructions and other applicable requirements.
You must not use the App while driving or operating machinery where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
- AUDIO, RADIO, VIDEO AND OTHER MEDIA
An App may provide access to live or recorded radio, audio, video, photographs, broadcasts and other media.
Availability may depend on internet connectivity, third-party services, broadcasting arrangements and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Content may occasionally be interrupted, delayed, withdrawn or changed.
You must not record, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast or commercially exploit our media content except where expressly permitted by us or by law.
- USER CONTENT
Where an App permits you to submit, upload, transmit or otherwise provide content, including text, photographs, messages, reviews or other material (“User Content”), you remain responsible for that content.
You must only submit User Content that you have the right to submit and that does not:
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or hateful material;
- contain pornography or sexually explicit material;
- encourage violence or criminal activity;
- disclose another person’s personal information without lawful authority;
- contain malware or malicious code; or
- otherwise breach applicable law or safeguarding requirements.
Where User Content is permitted, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, store, adapt where technically necessary, display and distribute that User Content solely to operate, provide, promote and improve the relevant service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may remove or restrict User Content where we reasonably believe it breaches this EULA, applicable law, safeguarding requirements or platform requirements.
- REPORTING CONTENT AND ABUSE
If an App allows interaction between users, and you encounter content or behaviour that you believe is unlawful, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate, you should report it using the reporting mechanism provided in the App or contact us through our published support channels.
We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access or suspending an account.
- ACCOUNTS
Some Apps or features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity undertaken through your account, subject to applicable law.
You must provide accurate information where information is required to operate the relevant service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, our services or third parties, or where an account is used in breach of this EULA or applicable law.
Where an App permits account creation, we will provide an appropriate mechanism for requesting account deletion in accordance with applicable law and applicable Apple and Google requirements.
Account deletion does not necessarily require deletion of information that we are legally required or otherwise lawfully entitled to retain, provided such retention is explained in our Privacy Policy where required.
- PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we retain it and how you can exercise your rights.
The Privacy Policy is separate from this EULA.
The current Privacy Policy is available through:
The privacy information presented for each App in the Apple App Store and Google Play must accurately reflect the actual data practices of that App and its current version.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
An App may use or link to third-party services, including mapping, broadcasting, analytics, communications, payment, social-media or other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that matters are outside our reasonable control, although nothing in this EULA limits rights you may have against a third-party provider under applicable law.
- AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue some or all of an App or its functionality.
We may issue updates to address security, compatibility, legal, technical or operational requirements.
You may need to install updates to continue using particular features.
We do not guarantee that an App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
- DEVICE AND CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection and any other equipment necessary to use an App.
Your mobile network operator may charge you for data, messaging or other services used while accessing an App.
- FEES AND PURCHASES
An App may be available free of charge.
Where an App provides access to digital content or functionality that constitutes an in-app digital purchase, the relevant purchase must be processed in accordance with the applicable app-store payment rules.
Where an App facilitates the purchase of physical goods, event admission, tickets or services consumed outside the App, payment may be processed using methods permitted for those transactions and by applicable platform rules.
Any purchase may also be subject to separate terms displayed at the point of purchase.
Nothing in this EULA changes mandatory statutory consumer rights relating to purchases.
- WEAPONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Military World does not intend its Apps to facilitate unlawful activities involving firearms, ammunition, explosives or other prohibited weapons.
We will not knowingly use an App to provide functionality facilitating the unlawful sale or purchase of firearms, ammunition, explosives or prohibited firearm accessories.
Historical or educational material concerning weapons or military equipment may nevertheless appear within an App where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Nothing in an App constitutes permission or encouragement to engage in unlawful activity.
- SAFEGUARDING
Military World is committed to appropriate safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
Where an App relates to an activity or event involving children or vulnerable persons, applicable safeguarding requirements and rules also apply.
You must not use an App to exploit, groom, threaten, harass or otherwise abuse another person.
Any safeguarding concern should be reported promptly using our published contact channels or, where appropriate, directly to the relevant emergency or safeguarding authority.
- SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your right to use an App where reasonably necessary because:
- you materially breach this EULA;
- your use creates a security, legal or safeguarding risk;
- continued operation of the App becomes unlawful or technically impracticable; or
- the App is discontinued.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before terminating access unless immediate action is necessary.
Upon termination, the licence granted under this EULA ends and you must stop using the App.
Terms which by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution and applicable legal provisions, will continue to apply.
- DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, an App and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- an App will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- information will always be complete, accurate or current;
- maps, schedules or other information will remain unchanged; or
- every feature will operate on every device or in every location.
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- LIABILITY
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this EULA affects your statutory consumer rights.
- CHANGES TO THIS EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where required by law.
The updated EULA will be made available through the relevant App and/or our website.
Your continued use of an App after the effective date of an updated EULA constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
- COMPLAINTS
We want to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently.
Complaints should normally be raised through the support/contact mechanism provided by the relevant App or through our published contact channels.
Our published Complaints Procedure may also apply.
Complaints will be handled in accordance with our applicable complaint’s procedure and applicable law.
- GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the law of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by applicable law.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms expressly incorporated into it, constitutes the agreement between you and Military World concerning your licence to use the App.
If a specific service has separate terms, those terms will apply to that service to the extent of any inconsistency.
- APPLE APP STORE
If you obtained an App through Apple’s App Store:
- this EULA is between you and Military World Limited and not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App;
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce the provisions applicable to it; and
- your use of the App must also comply with Apple’s applicable terms and usage rules.
- GOOGLE PLAY
If you obtained an App through Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
Google is not a party to this EULA unless expressly required by applicable Google terms.
Nothing in this EULA is intended to require conduct that would cause an App to breach Google Play’s applicable policies.
